Compass updates
Attrition has historically been very low at Compass due to the pilots w/ flow rights hanging around until it's their time to move on. With the flow almost done (100 left to go I think) the company will see much higher attrition. Now most have apps out and are actively trying to move on. Don't get me wrong, Compass is a relatively good place to be, but there is no reason to hang around longer than you have to with all of hiring going on in today's environment ...

Reason I ask about each regional separately is due to the differing scheduling models between them and me not having any contact in the C48 to talk to about it personally.
Finally, what is first year FO and CA pay like, respectively?

Ok, so to be clear here (it's the weekend so I won't have a chance to reply to Compass until Tuesday) I am aware it's best doing that form one month into the next, perfectly understandable and reasonable. The main concern, though, is it something that a guy could expect to be getting in the left seat within a year, considering attrition, etc. (and I know that nothing is certain in the airline industry, ie. flow / attrition).

Poopchute, is it simply guarantee x hourly, or are there other "hidden" bits of income which come into play on the line towards the overall credit (please bear with me, I've never worked at any carrier which has "credit" time).
