Give me a break.

10% voted and that doesn't include all of the new hires. We made are decision, but that also doesn't mean pilots shouldn't be aware of what the new minimum.

You guys crack me up that you don't want people to know that. Are you secretly just like the PSA pilots who are trying to paint a rosy picture for prospective new hires?

Technically, after our ADTG goes away, we can see 12 hour 5 day trips instead of our current minimum of 23:45. All it takes is some duty periods that are scheduled in past midnight. These guys initially argued we wouldn't see those and now we will be.

I feel bad for the junior line holders and reserve pilots that get those.

I'd like to ask (since I got an invite for an interview), how long one is stuck in the right seat and whether a schedule with blocks of 15-20 days off is realistic after one year... thanks.

This is at least the third thread where you've asked this. Without using vacation you are not going to get blocks of 15-20 days off at any regional.

You're right, but I only ask as the interview requests come in so I know if I dump them in the trash or go... and I now realize most regionals won't swing it, but if you don't ask you don't get.

You can't count on that much time off in a row without vacation or sick time. Otherwise bid the end of a month off and the beginning of the next month. 15 is possible that way if you're senior AND staffing is good.

How many on the seniority list now? What's attrition like? How many are left to flow? Have those pilots already been hired to cover those that do flow? What's reserve like in LAX? Are you used much?

What does ADTG stand for? How did it help and/or hurt your schedules?

Time (1200 PIC in C-130's) to be used as part 121 experience for upgrade?
