The pass/fail decision is not based on a single score, but a blended score of all 3 tests. So you could do worse on one, but better on another.

Not sure if it would go all the way down guys in training but it definitely is possible. There are quite a few people on this award who do not have the time to upgrade.

How are you supposed to bid for CA if you don't have the hours? How does that work?
