Are you kidding? Sharing a room is way better than paying for it yourself. If its that much of a problem do what everyone else has done to this point and fork out the cash for your own hotel. Or better yet bunk up with several other guys to save cash.

I was very bummed upon learning that the travel benefits with Compass aren't that great. No buddy passes and lower priority Delta travel than mainline.

Anyone know if the adding of the 20 AA E175s is going to add AA travel privileges?

What has been the average waiting time between receiving a conditional job offer the day of your interview to coming back to MSP for one day of orientation?

What regional carrier has the same travel priority as their mainline partner?

Compass is a regional partner which is not wholly owned. I don't know of a single regional partners that has as good of benefits as its mainline employees. It's a very standard policy and not any worse than most others. 9E has better pass priority due to the "wholly owned" situation. American pass privileges it hands out to it's regional partners are terrible compared to Delta. I"m not sure trying to travel on AA would be worth your time or energy.

Maybe he should have said.."which non-wholly owned regional carrier has the same benies as their mainline partner".

It is probably closer to 6 months for those starting right now and possibly DOH for those hired in 6 months. As we go down the list, a bunch will have to bypass causing those hired right now to hold CA late summer/fall and basically street captains to occur for a short period. After pilots catch up with their time, they will be about 35%-45% when upgrading and things should settle out.

After the street captain phase, you are looking at at least 2-3 years to upgrade unless we get a higher than normal attrition.

If you have the time, now is the time to start, otherwise you will miss this opportunity when it hits in the next 3-6 months.

All the wholly owned regionals...

Endeavor has the same standby classification on Delta as DL employees.

Envoy, Psa, and Piedmont have same travel benefits on AA as AA employees.
