A new hire FO today will be moving up the list about 6-7% every month.

He's already here and I would bet SEA goes SR.

Lots of Denver captains will probably go there since we'll be doing that route in a couple of months. A handful of PNW commuters and people that will just move there vs. continuing to live in socal. I bet not as senior as MSP, but way more than LAX.

I'll be one of the ones moving there.

Looks like the 717 is going to be doing flying out of Seattle.

Delta Adds Kona Flight and More Leisure Service From Seattle - Feb 23, 2015
It's just a matter of time before we see those 717s flying in and out of all of the Delta hubs including Seattle, LAX and SLC. They are a good sized airplane for low and high load times of the year. During the low time you'll see us replace them and the smaller 737s (example is Fairbanks). We will also compliment their service on some of the smaller, yet up and coming, markets I assume.

Has anyone stayed at the Courtyard Marriott next to the training center in MSP. I noticed it doesn't come with breakfast. Does anyone know if its possible to sweet talk the front desk personal into getting it for free? Staying there for training and this would save a decent amount of money.

That's where I stayed during training. I had the crew rate each night which included breakfast each day.

You sure all your sims are in MSP? A lot of new hires are now going to STL or DFW now for sim training which is helping them out with a hotel and per diem. But I suppose you would still need the hotel in MSP during ground school and IPT training...

I've been hearing the Compass hiring pool is drying up fast and we still need plenty of guys this year. I hope TSH can come to their senses and at least start offering hotel/per diem and guarantee pay day 1 for new hires

I talked to JK the other day and she said the pool isn't drying up but did say there were less 121 guys applying. Still plenty of guys interested in flying here. Once the pool really does start drying up you'll probably see hotels paid for and per diem.
