Either way, being senior for the foreseable future, I should benefit from the "Calendar Day away from domicile but assigned no duty" option, so ask yourself, what I have to gain? Nothing, I am just trying to set the record straight that it is not a min day option.

I have asked you, 404yxl (bombardier on compasspilots.com), 3 times for examples to provide us where doing other than a red eye, ferry flight, or deadhead in the middle of the night would hurt us with the 4 hour min duty segment over 2 calendar days would hurt us. You haven't provided any, again you keep spouting off a section of our contract that applies to .05% of our flying...please stop, your the minority here, if you care to provide other examples that count towards the other 99.95% of our flying then I'm all ears, otherwise stop beating the dead horse

Anyone here a contract lawyer with a copy of this care to chime in?
For those of us without access to one, attempting to understand this whole mess through the banter has been painful. Would anyone care to share the LOA so those who are just joining the CZ team can read this for ourselves?

Only reason why I have to keep repeating the contract language is you and your buddies, keep saying it is a min day option, it's not.
