I am fairly confident I am senior to you. I will make more money without the adtg, if the company still makes productive trips with a "Calendar Day away from domicile but assigned no duty", but that is an "if".

Either way, being senior for the foreseable future, I should benefit from the "Calendar Day away from domicile but assigned no duty" option, so ask yourself, what I have to gain? Nothing, I am just trying to set the record straight that it is not a min day option.

You haven't provided any, again you keep spouting off a section of our contract that applies to .05% of our flying...please stop, your the minority here, if you care to provide other examples that count towards the other 99.95% of our flying then I'm all ears, otherwise stop beating the dead horse

Anyone here a contract lawyer with a copy of this care to chime in?

For those of us without access to one, attempting to understand this whole mess through the banter has been painful. Would anyone care to share the LOA so those who are just joining the CZ team can read this for ourselves?

Those are exactly the circumstances that would hurt us. This whole time you have been saying we will get min day pay. All I have been saying is it's not min day.

Only reason why I have to keep repeating the contract language is you and your buddies, keep saying it is a min day option, it's not.
