It seems that most guys who have been based in LAX since they were hired will hit 1000 right at their 1 year mark. That's been the case for most of the guys I've talked to, and myself as well. I was hired early this year and will hit 1000 121 just over a year (of line flying) as I sat all of 2 weeks on reserve, and then it's been 85+ block each month with no end in sight. The guys that'll be short are the MSP and DTW guys that will be looking at a 1.5yr upgrade that were hired early this year and have been on reserve or a CDO like since hitting the line.

Where can I get a seniority list? I don't have access to the cpz alpa site yet, but can access the company site.

What's the total number of pilots right now?

536 pilots including new hires for all of November. 244 CA. Not sure how many FOs are in training.

Is 200% a logical guess for those on the property by summer 15? What's the current environment for premium pay/ open time?

interview scheduled for next week. i'm studying as much as i can for the cognitive and knowledge test. to be honest, its kind of stressing me out because i really want this job. any pointers/tips/advice etc from any professionals out there?
