Anyone have information on where in the contract it stipulates that new hire FO's who will be captain qualified within 12 months are trained as captains?

Good info, seems it would be beneficial in reducing upgrade training footprint.

This sounds like a good idea, but I kind of think that all that extra work and technically being qualified as a captain (minus uoe), but still getting first year pay is a little insulting.

The last 2 New hire classes got STL sims.
Only 1 upgrade class got MCO. After that class in MCO, the sim moves to DFW. The DFW will be used for additional sim space.

How long are they spending in msp? I'm debating about taking my car with me. Don't really want to drive 20 hours though
