I exported my entire logbook to Excel. Then just deleted everything except 2014, removed every column except for the date and the flight time and just added with a calculator. It only took me about an hour or so.

With max 5-6 legs a day, mostly 2-3 legs, it went fairly quickly.

We have to keep those new hires in Minneapolis to maintain cost effectiveness and appropriate resource use.

Any updates on when the training plan will start upgrades in 2015 and how many per month?

Yeah its crazy to me too. To me, to send a Msp pilots out of base for recurrent, cost them more in terms of lost flying days, than it does in extra per diem. You would still be better off sending a new hire out of base and paying their perdiem and hotel room than to waste anot her day for a line pilot, deadheading the pilot to training.

From what has been discussed so far, it should be 4 a week in january, 6 a week in February, and 8 a week after that, with some weeks having 10 upgrades.
