The question of when the quick upgrades will stop is the very reason I'd be very hesitant to make a lateral move. The very fact that people on here are already getting cold feet shows that the easy hiring for Compass will end next year and then what? What can Compass do to entice new hires beyond offering hotel rooms for training? Of course every Compass pilot is on here telling people the party will never end, their upward movement depends on it. The party will end eventually and then Compass will be just another regional with an average contract hard up for any pilot they can get. I'd do the math myself to get my own answers instead of taking advice from people who stand to benefit from giving out incorrect information. Just because everyone is buying doesn't mean you should hold on to your stock that is going down. |

What math are you going to do? Do you know how many people who don't have 1000 121 and will be bypassed? It's quite a few I have heard between 50-80. Do you know how many upgrades are planned? I have seen the training plan and it is 300+ Upgrades starting in Jan.
Wouldn't this mean they would miss the quick upgrade? Not trying to pick a fight, just a question. How many people are on property? 500? ( this is a guess) 500-150 flowing= 350. 300 upgrades planned looks like they would miss it, unless there are 50 people that leave. |
Also have to factor in staffing for 20 more aircraft and normal attrition rates besides flows.
If you're less than 4 years on property at the likes of envoy, XJT, or endeavor. You'll still almost certainly upgrade at Compass before you would those places. It may not be an 10-12 month upgrade, but <2 years isn't unreasonable, and in the mean time your relative seniority is far greater. Being a super senior FO ain't so bad. |

Isnt that pretty hypocritical? Endeavor pilot telling endeavor pilots not to leave?

What documents do you need to prove a domestic partner? For the Delta Benefits.

They just make you go in a 2-way mirrored room, so that you can have a nice argument with your domestic partner, then they make you have makeup sex. By the way, the mirror works to your advantage too, not just their benefit. After that you are good to go, its pretty much the equivalent of expedited paperwork. |
