There are two. The Pilot Plan and the Core Plan
For 2014, the Pilot Plan is 132 a month for single. Core Plan is actually more expensive a month and has a higher deductible.
We'll see what the cost is for 2015 in a few weeks.

You're right, I forgot the company threw that in during open enrollment.

Hey guys... ExpressJet 2 year FO looking to get back to LAX so I'm considering applying to Compass.
I COULD spend a great part of my day off scrolling 500 pages of this thread, but figure I'll just ask my own questions and hope someone would be kind enough to offer me the most current information without chastising me and telling me to research the thread. LOL
1) How sr/jr is LAX? Could I expect it relatively easily after training?
2) You need to provide your own housing for training? Are there cheap places someone could recommend?
3) Do you have pay protection in your contract? (ie: block or better / cx pay?)
4) Is there a line improvement window or trip trading after the monthly schedules are awarded by PBS?
5) 11 days off is the contractual minimum. How common is that awarded by PBS? Could one expect to have more days off? How much tenure do you need to have before expecting more days off (I think I read someone posted they get 17 days off with productive 5-day trips)
6) Has the company in the past offered any signing bonuses?
I think think that is all I have for now. I appreciate anyone taking the time to humor with a reply.

2.) Yes, but some newhires are going to STL for sims and the company will provide hotel there.
3.)Yup, B or B, and trip guarantee (our version of cx pay)
4.) Yes it is called Schedule adjustment period.
5.) It depends on how productive the trips are. Some people near the bottom get great schedules, as there are only so many trips left to assign I remember getting 77 hours 16 day off line a couple times when I was bidding 80%. While people at 50% were getting 90 hour lines and 12 days off. If in the middle plane 11-14 off an 90 hours, we are going to be short with new planes coming.
6.) HAHAHAHA, nope. Not going to happen anytime soon either. Plenty of apps in the pile.

Company Jepp subscription expires in February so iPad implementation past the test phase is near. Now running a new hire class every week, 10 per class. Upgrade frequency to increase subsequently because it takes much longer to spin up a new hire.
