Guys starting class the end of 2014 will be around 50% of the seniority list by the end of 2015.

They will upgrade by Jan-Feb at the latest. July 2013 upgrades will start in Feb- March and everyone on the list currently will be Captains by July-August 2015.

Negative. The earliest 2013 hires are very close to upgrade. I'd imagine some will upgrade this year still

Just need 2500 TT and 1000 Multi or 2000 TT and 1500 Multi. No time at company or in type required.
