Whats the latest on how long it'd take to hold MSP with Compass? Still relatively junior?

Not very long I don't think but other that aren't on ioe like me might have better insight. I know a few in my class have to be in lax for a month or 2 but then are getting back to minny where they bid. Same goes for a guy in the class ahead of me in dtw.

As of the most recent award, the most junior person will been on property 8 months by the time they're bidding MSP. 3 Months of training means spending 5 months in LAX.

Friend at Compass has had his flow-thru delayed, because company needs captains. They can only do this temporarily by contract at Compass. If this flow-thru is real at Endeavor, then there needs to be iron clad contract language like this for starters.

Ya, it sucks. There is no quota, they could take 1 a year.

Yeah, imagine how bad it could get if TSH gets that 175 bid. I'd imagine the delay would become modus operandi.

Well they could still only delay a flow pilot for 90 days. Which is where they are at now. It seems like we are starting to catch up a bit on training. I still don't know how they would staff any new flying.

I was referring to Endeavor. Compass is contractual. After a 90 day hold back they're gone.

Anyone know how many classes they are running in June, July, and August and what the sizes are going to be?

As a Skywest pilot, I don't care who flys what. The only flight I care about is the one I am doing, and that's only until I block in. With few exceptions regional flying is the same, no matter where you go. 11 hour overnights guarantee that most of the time between flights is basic human needs, beer, food, sleep. Now get back into that Q and go where you go!
