How do they determine seniority in a new hire class? Age? Last 4 of ss?

Currently scheduled to interview with Compass, thinking about leaving Envoy/Eagle. I've been on reserve here for two years. How long can I expect to be on reserve at Compass, if I stay at LAX?

Not long, they indicated to me that by next year you'd already have quite a few people junior to you. I'm an Eagle pilot and I say jump, the only reason I didn't accept the offer was because I couldn't afford the move.

Eagle is done, yes or no on this vote it doesn't matter.

I left Eagle for Compass. I felt that unless you are currently an Eagle line holder, the wait to get off reserve was 2+ years in DFW and might increase due to shrinkage.

Minimal time (if any) with all of the hiring & movement going on.

Not to mention your upgrade at Compass will be much quicker. You really don't have anything to lose.
