The Delta Knowledge Test was the most challenging part in either interview. Skywest was more challenging I think overall.

Skywest interview more difficult, Compass testing more difficult. Overall I'd say Compass was more difficult because of the knowledge test and required more prep.

Do they send you study material for the delta test if you get an interview or is there something else that's also helpful? And also...how commutable are the trips?

You get a study guide but it's really only broad topics. They reference some literature in it as well.

Google "Delta Pilot Interview" and grab the PDF that pops up. That will give you a good indication of the types of questions you'll be dealing with during the Job Knowledge Test. Otherwise thumb through Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot on your commute and you'll be good to go. The guidance Compass provides for the test is pretty meager.
