Also here is the document about the requirements for eligebility. Looks to me like all new hires are included, not just pilots already on property without flow rights.

Guaranteed Interview Program
Delta Air Lines Requirements

Delta Air Lines, Inc. will offer competitive candidates a guaranteed pilot interview provided the candidate has met the following requirements:

• Candidate was hired by a Delta connection carrier using a high standard testing protocol. This testing protocol will be evaluated periodically by Delta Air Lines, Inc. to ensure its efficacy.
• Candidate has signed a release permitting Delta Air Lines access to all work records on file at Compass Airlines.
• Candidate must receive a recommendation from Compass Airlines management.
• Candidate meets all current Delta Air Lines pilot hiring requirements.
Compass Airlines Requirements
• Candidate has been a pilot at Compass Airlines for a minimum of three years.
• Candidate maintains a solid employment record during his/her employment at Compass Airlines.
• Additionally, competitive candidates will be considered in order of seniority after the most junior flow pilot has been offered an opportunity to flow.

One more thing, right now it sounds like this means the candidate must go through the full Delta interview including the cognitive and knowledge tests, pych eval and HR panel. It's just a guaranteed interview, no special treatment per se. This last part is just crewroom rumor.... there is maybe a possibility that could change in the future if it can be proven to Delta's satisfaction the Compass Cog tests are sufficient (as far as I know they're the same ones Delta uses.)

So if you haven't been there for 3 years, and there are still guys ahead of you in seniority, does this mean you CAN'T be interviewed? Ie...if one meets competitive mins can they be offered an interview via means other than this "preferential interview" process?

It looks to me like the answer is yes. If you're at Compass it looks like your resume will go into the "wait your turn" bin. Sounds to me like a convenient way to keep attrition coming off the top "expensive" side of the Compass seniority list for Transstates to keep down costs. U get some u give some I guess. Me, I'm a 2 in hand better than 1 in bush kinda guy, so I still think this is a good deal. And as a flow rights guy I think it only fair to get my shot before someone Jr to me. Don't hate me.

Haha, no hatred here...Just trying to clarify. It's not that big of deal really...I would be lucky to get hired there w/in 3 years anyway. But I would at least like to have the opportunity to interview if i'm qualified. Either way it's still a good deal!

There will be nothing stopping pilots who are part of the CPZ––>DAL Interview Program from circumventing said program and getting hired out of seniority order. This agreement simply gives qualified pilots on the CPZ list an upper hand in getting recognized in a pile of literally thousands of resumes.

Default MSP crashpad

Can any MSP compass guys give me some info on possible crash pads. I start sitting reserve soon and it seems like all the advertised pads are full. Glad to be flying and thanks for the help.
