I can only assume they go in some kind of chronological order. I applied in January - if you applied before then, then I have no idea why. A mystery. Keep applying, update your app every month for every airline every 15 days or 30 days and keep your fingers crossed.

Ive had an application in for a looooooong time, over 4000 tt and half of that turbine pic and havent heard a thing, keep your chin up and keep applying if this is the job you want! Good luck!

This is STRAIGHT from the DTW chief pilot...
1500 hrs, ***500 multi***, 4 year degree
***500 multi will be waived if you have one of the following***
121 time
141 flight education
4 yr degree
Seriously, they are hurting for 1500 hr guys so bad that all 3 chief pilots are going on road shows to flight schools to steal their CFI's.
The only disqualifying criteria...you work at TSA. They have been explicitly instructed NOT to hire from TSA. Its bull and the CP I talked to is really peeved about it.

I hadn't heard this one, but it kinda makes sense from a Trans States Holdings perspective. For every TSA/GoJet pilot hired at Compass, they have to foot the bill for 2 pilots to be trained. Hopefully this is not the case and we can get some of our TSA brothers/sisters hired on (that want on). As for GoJets, well, you guys have 100 M-Jets coming your way, so why would you want to leave?
