Compass and Mesaba guys and gals, take some action. Call your union reps and ask them to fight for your rights of equal treatment. Let them know that you do not want to be treated like a second class citizen. Join your Comair brothers and sisters fight for equal treatment.

If yer thinking of leaving this Industry, coming over to this dump and (effectively) tacking yourself to the bottom of a 12800 pilot seniority list isn't going to do much to change your outlook on life.
Many of our F.O.'s are leaving for greener pastures: Arby's, Wendy's, etc.
Ask a former NWA guy what he thinks of our current CEO.
Keep looking, and, good luck.

Hi!
My buddy's at Compass as an FO, and he says it's much better than his last regional, and he's paid a lot more than his last job at Spirit (he was furloughed). Overall, he says it is good. He's on reserve in DTW, and doesn't need a crash pad because the schedules are good for commuting. He stays in a hotel 1-2 nights a month.

I am talking about your former V.P. of Flight Ops, and our (Compass) current CEO, Tim Campbell. Remember, the summer of 2007, and we are understaffed, "but it's the pilot's fault", that guy. Yeah, we are in for some fun over here.

Yeah 24,000 a year is a real breath of fresh air...

Are you saying that he is making more money at Compass than what he made while employed at Spirit? Or are saying that working at Compass at $24,000 is better than making ZERO while on furlough?
