No, no need to hire. Everything well covered with PLENTY of RSV's sitting around doing nothing. Top guys getting 16-18 days off. Plus we're "best in class".

At the rate this company is going and treating its pilots there will be more to follow.

I think if the industry was in better shape Compass would be in tough shape due to turnover. However there are always those company "suck ups" that will always fly for pennies and love being abused.

How many times have we heard, "well it is still a company, so things will get better!"

No doubt if other airlines were hiring Compass would be hurting for pilots, but when you got Captains in MSP on reserve working 8 days off a month, things will never change. I'm sick of guys say "it's not as bad as my other company." Grow some nuts yesterday!

I interviewed there a few days ago. Good experience. I have about 5300 total time and 1300 PIC on the CRJ.

Just looking at options to improve my QOL, which suffers at my current job.

Right now I think they are just interviewing for positions in the hiring pool.

I sent them my stuff in February.

How long ago did you apply?

I am just curious because I heard that they are not hiring. I think that they sent me an email somewhere.......
