Losing Delta and New Opportunities
#703
With no DL or AA flying at Compass or GoJet, all three TSH certificates will be merged along with TSA and sold (Mana Air or someone else).
I support this theory because UA is scoped out on 76-seat airframes and for every new 175 they add (Express Jet) they have to remove a 76-seater (GoJet's CRJ 700s being converted to 550s). The integration of the 3 Air Carrier Certificates would make for a cleaner acquisition for whomever is interested and offer 3 proven (with exception of the 550) regional airframes.
Just a thought and opinion, TSH could certainly motor along for a long time independently without Mana though. More freedom for the whipsaw for UAL that way... I don't see mainline relaxing scope clause anytime soon...

“ F9 currently has flow agreements with Trans States, GoJets, and Compass Airlines, and the MEC is working to increase the flow for the ALPA pilots at Compass, which is expected to shrink significantly after losing its flying for Delta.”
We just got that from our Union at Frontier, good luck hopefully they can increase that substantially to help you guys out.
