This sweet and salty bar of goodness made the idea of my base closing and ten minute commute turning into perpetual reserve sting that much more. Bad trips and Crystal inn hot tub sits included, it's been real PHX.

Unfortunately, the words stable and regional career don't belong in the same sentence.

The words “regional” and “career” don’t belong together at all

This is unlikely because we just got our 30th jet and our options for 30 more won't be negotiated on until at least 2023.

Also, when we took concessions for our jets we also gained whipsaw protection. Once a new E175 has flown a single revenue flight as Horizon, Alaska cannot give that jet away to another airline, nor can we shrink below 60 airframes.

Also, Skywest owns all their planes.

Each OO Alaska 175 are on 12 year contracts. I think Compass best bet is UA. TSA holdings seems to be leaning that way. Maybe to set themselves up to become a “partly owned UAX company” along with C5 and EV
