I wouldn’t say 1000TPIC is a magic number, but it’s certainly something you want to get out of your time at a regional. Personally, there is only 1 reason I came to compass, and that is why. 1000TPIC won’t get you hired, but its almost required to be competitive at the big ones. I could check that box and leave here for a LCC a happy man

I bailed for a LCC make almost 200k including 401k my 3rd year and have 16-19 days off every month. Best part is you can still apply to Delta/United/American. Much less stressful knowing you have a decent paycheck coming in if it doesn't happen. Get your apps out.
