Will be interesting to see what comes next. Hopefully we all find out something interesting soon but there are some very interesting things going on at TSH, Expressjet, and Commutair right now.....

If that’s management’s plan, to avoid furloughs and overstuffing, it may prove successful beyond their wildest expectations.

U talking about a lot of people getting CJOs from mainline or just lateral? If its mainline this ‘new opportunity’ is unrelated anyway these people don't have to bother.

You need to study the history of regional airlines and Delta. Comair, ASA, Mesa/Freedom, ACA, GoJet, Compass. Gone. And now that Delta mainline has the A220, don’t get comfortable at any DCI carrier.

And some people who were on the cusp of competitive for their lifetime job appear to be getting pulled across the line by the sympathy of our alums and ALPA brethren and some people who just hadn’t been sufficiently motivated to put out apps are getting happy surprises too.
Compass never was a place to dawdle. Even before this additional motivation we were losing 20 pilots a month from a group of 700ish as just normal attrition. Increasing that number by even 50% between now and June will start to empty the place out pretty quickly with both the most experienced (who have the best opportunities) and the least experienced (who have the least to lose) going first.
If HK has a rabbit in his hat, he should not delay pulling it out to show folks, IMHO.
