I hope you guys are actively and aggressively applying and interviewing. No-one will leave any separation notices unless they have a class date somewhere, and it takes months to get one.

I think this is pretty obvious. Let’s call it a figure of speech for the sake of conversation and a bit of an extension of my own frustration which I’m sure is shared by the majority of us. Of course no body is going to just up and leave without anything else in line. Some folks like myself have and interview or two and or a cjo or two lined up, lateral or better in case things really do continue south.

If you have 1000 121 time and qualify for a DEC position at CommutAir you can be in class in as little as three weeks. I interviewed on the 24th of June and was offered a July 8th class. Just throwing it out there for you guys..

If i knew about this and even warned you guys months ago, of course management knew about it. there is no incentive to telling employees of impending melancholy while there is still a commitment to maintain. duhhhhh. on a personal note, good luck to all of you. in due time, endeavor too will be on the chopping block. after the next recession, good bye endeavor. hello more republic saving.
