Just curious. What is your source for this statement?

195. They won’t have A220s for at least a year. Nor does it appear the E195s are going to go away when they get them necessarily...

I’ve flown with a few ca’s recently who have interviewed at breeze. Main feedback I’m hearing is that it’s all east coast and the pay is below industry averages for a 195.

I've been thinking this whole time that TSH is thinking logically like that. However, this is the same company that's furloughing new hires at TSA while still paying money for advertising on APC...

Furloughing FOs because they are desperate for DECs. Now granted, TSA is sort of a dumpster fire, but even at other regionals that are better, and unlike Compass currently, actually HAVE lots of upgrade opportunities, I’m amazed at the number of upgrade eligible FOs who won’t voluntarily upgrade.

Do they actually believe they can just hang in there as a senior FO and eventually BACK INTO a major job? Even if they do, how much eventual seniority at the major are they losing with that tactic? Or are they just that scared of another training event they might potentially fail?
