not surprising if you know any guys that did JetBlue at the start up.. they will tell you the same thing.. Most left for United..

Clearly, everybody needs to be exploring their options. But I still think that management BELIEVES something’s coming. Otherwise they wouldn’t be carrying all the overhead we are carrying, despite - yeah - pretty impressive attrition. Otherwise the furloughs would have already happened.

Do they actually believe they can just hang in there as a senior FO and eventually BACK INTO a major job? Even if they do, how much eventual seniority at the major are they losing with that tactic? Or are they just that scared of another training event they might potentially fail?

Furloughing FOs because they are desperate for DECs. Now granted, TSA is sort of a dumpster fire, but even at other regionals that are better, and unlike Compass currently, actually HAVE lots of upgrade opportunities, I’m amazed at the number of upgrade eligible FOs who won’t voluntarily upgrade.
