I am starting to worry that Amazon might actually be the new partner. the real key indicator is that "minority interest", Amazon holds a minority stake in Atlas, Southern and now will also have a stake in Sun Country! It would not surprise me at all if compass was next.
The opportunities out there are too many and too good to take bad ones. |
I’m still on the 170/190 train. I don’t believe we’ll be flying anything else. Ok ok, Amazon 190 freighters?!

Sure. Amazon Prime Express? Amazon Secondary?
Funny thing is, last year there were some semi-strong rumours Amazon wanted to start a feeder type service using smaller jets (MRJ at that stage) to secondary locations. But at the time never made it off the ground. |
What about the whole, “...this will provide a pathway to mainline” thing? Still on the 170/190 train as well. I mean, we’re still screwed, but it’s not cuz of amazon. It’s because United was the Hail Mary.

Everyone was saying United flying but is there a chance American (via Envoy) could be our knight in shining armor?
American does more flying out of LAX then any other airline, used to have a base in LAX with American Eagle, already has an operation through Compass doing flying in LAX, are getting more E175... Im really reaching but at this point who isn’t! |
Still hoping for EMB-190s until the A-220s get here....
