I don’t recall any.
I wouldn't expect much. Maybe 9E rates?

Pretty horrible negotiating climate to get any gains.
Sign or die, zero leverage.

GREAT negotiating climate. Lots of other options out there. Everybody already type-rated so zero training risk. Relatively young group so they start low on the pay scale.

ESOP to get buy in from all takers in making it a success, then half the difference between Compass E-175 rates and JB E-190 rates.
Then start negotiating rates for the A220s.

So did they officially announce that Moxy initial cadre is the working plan?
Or is this still purely theoretical?

Purely theoretical. But in this environment, nobody would expect E-190s to be flown at current Compass rates. And if they did it, Compass pilots would be undercutting the whole industry. Not scabs exactly, but ...damn. You’d HAVE to make it with Moxy because no one else would want you after that. Far better to take a lateral to another regional if you don’t have the hours for anything better.

Ok, I wasn't sure if they said something in your company call today.

...on that note, what did they say?

They CLAIMED the contracts that Mesa had renewed and the additional E-175s Mesa will be flying for UAX were not connected to the ‘New Opportunities’ Compass management was pursuing which were still being pursued.

The veracity of that claim for those of us out here in the hinterlands is sort of unknowable.

I think it's going to be really interesting to see how Jan/Feb. plays out. Every single day I'm meeting more and more people with opportunities lined up.

Furthermore, if what RT said about the announcement not being connected is true, then if our "go-forward plan" has anything to do with UAX, I highly doubt it deals with the 175. Perhaps the plan has nothing to do with United at all (where are my Moxy fans). Based on what they've said since the DAL announcement, I highly doubt it would be AA that's involved in the go forward plan? Also, it's really interesting that Mesa is getting more UAX flying but yet also adding 737's???

It for sure isn't AA.

Many of us agree. But for the sake of conversation, what makes you so sure? I don't know enough about the regional side of AA.
