And who’s Wouk and why would they avoid paying him/her?

Because the screen on an iPhone is smaller than on an iPad and I’m all thumbs. ;)

But here you go with the corrected version without the auto guesser on.

Good question since both airlines (TSA and Gojet) are offering hefty FO and DEC bonuses you’d think that the bonuses they would be avoiding paying would more than offset the displacement costs

Not for management. The unions do all the dirty work.

Actually, I proofed that one before hitting send. And like this one, I used the iPad that has a larger keyboard. ;)

But it’s still not beyond the realm of possibility...

Fingers crossed something pans out for you guys.

Maybe and sell a certificate to moxy

Here at Pinacolaba, there are several senior pilots who are junior to folks with a later seniority date. They would like to point out that the nightmare goes beyond just the task of merging lists.

But, only partially sold. It will be interesting to see if Neeleman will be the controlling partner or just have minority stake. It is the only thing that has made since to me since the initial memo. But, it also makes for an uncomfortable amount that has to line up before they can hit go:

He has said it will be near a tech center that is not Silicon Valley. Dare I believe it might be Seattle out of Boeing or Paine? I'd also buy Austin easily. Wherever it starts, he gets it up and running early-mid 2020 with our pilots as cadre flying the birds he is retiring in Brazil.

Can the Azul 190s operate commercially within the lower 48 without an N number? If not, they'll need to do that as they are rotated out of the Azul fleet into the Moxy fleet.

I am excited to see the Differences CBT that the schoolhouse cooks up that we have until the start of our next trip to acknowledge compliance.

So while the new flying ramps up, the planes keep trickling in, MoxyCompass has time to get the 220 added to the certificate and the training program set up.

Some time before the 220s start arriving, our senior pilots have been typed, and are ready to hit the ground running.

Buuuuut, I probably won't be around to see it and will be kicking myself with everyone else that couldn't afford to wait around and sidestepped early. Drawing a paycheck just isn't enough in a field that requires hours to be built to progress. :(

Why merge when they can just start us out at first year pay? We’d have to retrain on a new type anyways if it was GoJets.
