Not a problem. By the time the Feds approved the merger and the Teamsters and ALPA negotiated the SLI to a stalemate, three years would have passed and almost everyone working here would have moved on to greener pastures. For those remaining, the SLI would ultimately be 85% relative seniority and 15% DOH with a five year fence. Oh, and ALPA would be the Union for the merged airline which would be renamed Trans-States RepublicofCompass....

LAX is a mess. 6 AOS. Crews everywhere. Let me be the first to announce we’re loosing our DL contract thanks to 4 AOS on average for the last 3 months. But they love us, don’t worry! The question isn’t about PHX, it’s how long is Compass sustainable?
