Why would anyone want to go to XJT with 3+ year upgrades! They can hardly staff what they have on the property. Compass guys/gals would be better off at a ULCC or a wholly owned.

Because you can sit in the right seat for 2000 hours and get a guaranteed interview with united. Who do you really think is going to get more United flying other than the company they have invested 70 mil to buy? They put through a class of 20 on the 4th and I know they interview 4 people per day. Also their loss per month is shrinking. If you have to go to another regional or want United why not ? I mean we all rolled the dice with comp ass. Furthermore, they fly their reserves unlike this place.

One time on LAX ground, I heard the controller say "Who's the Skypest waiting at D10"? Was actually pretty funny.

I remember that post! Best part was the "LiveATC or it didn't happen" and then boom! There was the link and time stamp for it. My favorite part about the whole incident was Skywest responded no problem.
