If anyone cares.... Looking at the last bid awards.... I got hired almost exactly a year ago. Got out of training in September. Have flown about 750 hours. I am 27 numbers away from the most junior upgrade for the September class and they are upgrading “20 a month for the foreseeable future.” I will probably upgrade right at 1000 hours right darn close to a year after getting out of training. Just a real look at what’s going on.... Grass is green 👌🏼
Im in a similar situation, I should be upgrading around the 1yr mark if Im doing my math right and assuming upgrades stay in the 18+ range. I'll upgrade as soon as I get my 1000 hrs. Hired NOV of 17...finished IOE early FEB...I've been flying my @## off and I also carry in about 4 months of flying from another carrier that I can count towards my 1000.
