They guarantee they'll look at your app before they throw it in the garbage. Basically all that says is fluff... if you want to staff your DCI carriers, maybe say something about Compass having DCI flying renewed. If they would announce that, we'd have no issues continuing to staff.

I just realized that if we the lose the flying in 2020, it would be Delta saying "dueces" ✌ to us-- coincidence?

Even worse is that we would be the only regional without career progression considering Skywest would have this delta app review. So if we lose delta flying and lose this tiny delta app review and we would have to fight all the DCI pilots, all the United CPP pilots, all the American wholly owned, and even the Delta ALPA hiring. Kinda leaves a small amount of hiring space left for us.

But I should mention Delta and American "love us" so we'll be okay.
