So instead of the dash CPT rate of $54 it would be?

If I start class in September, will I ever see 55/hr in a year?

Do you need to fly the full 1000 to upgrade?
If yes then you might see it for 1 month.
But I expect that LOA to either renew or be replaced before it expires.

Yes, will have to log full 1000 SIC. So basically at current rate I will be able to log 1000 and upgrade in around 14 month after IOE?

Reason why I ask is that it was mentioned somewhere that people in Oct. class and up will not see 55/hr if things say slow down and they get stuck as FO's.

I would expect LOA to be replaced as well to continue hiring momentum.

If it's new hires they need, it should be $55/hour from day one rather than these referral scams and 2-years conditional bonuses.

But why doing things right, United is the role model after all...

Very true, however the only regional to do that is EDV to my knowledge. Hopefully things will change soon.

I doubt it'll be renewed. The Union gave away a ton of negotiating capital for nothing when we needed FOs badly.

Could be replaced with a new agreement with new rates.

It will be renewed. Expect an announcement one day after the expiration to say they will continue with the same LOA pay scales.
It will all be laid out in an email of understanding (EOU).

In all honesty, they can’t afford to let this one slide. I have little faith in mgt, but I think they know we can’t move backward.

I think he means the union won't agree without a considerably better deal.
