But in addition, we created a strategy for the deliveries. Right now class sizes increased, if we maintain that size or more then there will be 1 airplane a month going forward until we can comfortably do 2 per month.

LEAK!!
The smell of merger is in the air, will be interesting to see how you all get along. United is currently looking at ways to improve the CPP to make it a better recruiting tool. Our percentage of CPP guys in each United class will go up as soon as we have 400+ pilots on the seniority list.
EFBs have been distributed to the training department as many of you know, and it's working out great with the MINT. Expect it to reach the line by latest September. Where to have a new base is still undecided as we look at our route structure and plans for growth with United. ALB was thrown out there but later retracted. If XJT shrinks outta IAH(sadly) then that might come back on the table since United will still need 50 seat flying out of IAH. From what I gather with the back and forth convo, Republic and CommutAir would be the new Mesa and XJT outta IAH. As you can see, Republic is already moving in soon.
Stay tune, more to come.

I'm in training and haven't seen any EFB. We're still using paper charts (20lbs binders) and whizz wheels.

And you still need to practice your weight and balance, so yeah you will still see whizz wheel and everything else that goes with W&B. EFBs will not replace whizz wheel. ACARS W&B will do that. The MINT on the EFB will replace your training folder.

Merger, acquisition, or a simple takeover??? Who is funding it CommutAir, United or the third party? Will united sell its stake if merged or acquired with a publicly held company? Will united allow for CommutAir to be taken over? CommutAir air is just the puppet at his point and United is the puppet master not much talk in wall street of a scenario taking place in the near futur as this would require some of the larger regional partners to give control.
