Some advice. You're either management OR you're labor. You can't be both. If your management upsets you this much then move on. The problems that "you feel" are taking place are not going to be fixed in the next week, month or this year.

If you do not feel compelled to leave seek the help of a therapist.

What percentage is that? I know there was not a lot of hiring in the winter so date of hire skews the date a bit.
