Starting December 1, 2017
Year 1 FO: $36.91
Year 2 FO: $39.37
1 year after completion of IOE: $54.68
If upgrade in year 2: $66.21

Yes, the “captain” pay rates begin November 1st. I gave the numbers of pay rates starting in December because that’s when we get our tiny raise for X years from contract signing. So for anyone considering coming here after November 2017, this will be their pay.

Your observation of lengthy delays from training backlog of last winter/spring is true. However the company is trying to mitigate that in an effort to apply the new LOA rates fairly so your conclusion regarding that is incorrect.

Dash Captain payrate goes in effect after one year completion of IOE or one
year plus 90 days after hire date (unless the delay in completing IOE was due to pilot leave of absence, training issues etc.)
If delay was due to training backlog contact Chief Pilot or asst chief in Ewr to get Captain pay at appropriate time.
