Maybe you reached out to the Union and know more than most of us based on the email, but the email said they signed a LOA, nothing about a vote

LOAs do not require a vote. The copy sent in the recent email is signed and sealed.

Question for all about part F.1.a, the statement about it starting the first calendar month after signing...does that mean 11/1 or 12/1 since it was signed today?

I'm no lawyer...

He’s actually holding CA if he stays at XJT, which I highly doubt is going to happen. If it were a family discussion, y’all would have your own forum.

Seems like a good deal for current FOs, and a real crap sandwich for current CAs. Something tells me it won’t work for long for your management...

It's a slap in the face to many of our current FOs, actually. The pay raise for FOs comes 1 year after finishing IOE. I know some guys hired last winter that won't see this pay raise for another 10-12 months, and will be paid less than pilots hired several months after them because they weren't held back by ERJ training backlog. The union didn't fully think this through. I miss the days when people actually voted on things.
