Yeah sad to say. Which airline you planning on moving on to?

So it looks like they stopped incentivizing picking up open time. Rather they just extend you into days off at 150%.
If FO hiring is keeping up with FO attrition I'd be surprised.

There are a couple of other buttons missing on the website as well. So I'm thinking it's just a glitch? The last weekly incentives email was sent last Wednesday night so we'll see.

If my counts are correct, (eyeballing the bid package) it seems like 4 CAs and 11 FOs (total from both bases) doing jet class in October. Of course I am not sure of the mixture.

Found this funny, United spins it like there is so much demand that 37 seat planes aren’t cutting it, they need to add capacity.

Hahaha....

And we are going to be flying at much higher altitudes in the jet on the same route. Right.

There are dozens of ERJ trips in open time, including several in the next few days. Yet there no incentives to pick up trips and not many reserves available. It would not look good if people get extended into days off during this time.

What did we push out a article in aerocrew news about almost instant upgrades? There are several of us here with the time to upgrade, but we have been here almost a year and, yes I looked in the mirror 1,2,3 stripes. I just wish they would not post stuff like this. While I wish it were like this, unfortunately I can not agree.

Actually I stand somewhat corrected. It was an instant upgrade to the Dash but, that is no longer a factor. I am not for sure, where we are going with this article, but I do hope the upgrades continue, but I fear they may not. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Aero Crew: CommutAir

Correct, no future dash upgrades, and the current erj upgrade stands at 11 months. The article is accurate for people joining with zero 121 hours, they should upgrade as soon as they get the time. People coming with prior 121 hours currently have an 11 month wait. Upgrade time should sharply decline again as the additional jets come online, but not until the dash transition is over. However with the fleet size doubling again, this may become one of the few places where you can upgrade quickly AND hold a line shortly thereafter.

But is FARRRRR from accurate regarding the $74,000+ you are supposedly making your first year. What a load of bull.
I lost respect for this publication a long time ago, this just confirms it. Nothing but fluff pieces for airline recruiters. Nothing more.
