Once out on the line you should be able to credit over a 100 hours pretty easily. You’ll get extended (Jr Assigned) at least once a month and that pays 150%.
And open time on days off pays between 100% and 300% and sometimes you’ll be able to negotiate more.

Supposedly they are talking to UAL and the Union to come up with some sort of package to compete with everyone else. We went from being towards the top of the compensation to nearly the bottom in the 2 years since negotiations.

Let me get the rest of that quote for you.
Also, we have a firm commitment for 40 Embraer jets and are actively negotiating a one-for-one replacement for our 21 Dash-8’s.

So, I'm looking at the open time available and it seems that much of it is missing from PBS and the 07/01 bid packets. While I like getting crazy pay, I also like having an idea of where I'm going and what I'm signing up for.

Example is Pairing I3001 (trip ZX) on the 29th (IAD FO). It only appears to exist on the open time sheet and doesn't exist in PBS or the bid packets.

That's a trip assigned to a check pilot who doesn't have any students assigned yet for IOE.

On the final awards. You just gotta know who the check pilots are.
If only there was some sorta automated software available to airlines to handle open time and swaps.
