Everything I put is easily found on a public site, so while you must think it's sensitive information, it is not.
There's no excuse, so just don't do it again....The less info put out there for the world to see, the better.

You guys are going a little overboard. This is not SSI material. If you are really that concerned about this info being in a forum, then you need to contact both UA and FedEx as well as other airlines world wide and have them take down their web pages that have the same info published.

The only thing this code will do is set you up in the computer for a listing for a jumpseat. It will not get you in the jumpseat.

Now everyone just calm the f down and go drink another beer.

Yeah if there is one thing we learn at C5, it is to minimize communication in all directions. If at all possible, no one should no anything at any time!

If some dummy can get in the cockpit with a fake ID and phony Facebook page, imagine what someone could do if they listed themselves in the system? I don't know why you're trying to justify spreading any kind of login information on a public website. What's the benefit?

If you really think it is that big of a deal, then you need to contact both UA and FedEx and tell them to take the info off of the internet.

I don't see any benefit one way or the other. I just don't see why you are getting your panties in a wad. It is not SSI.

You're the one acting super defensive. No it's not the end of the world, but a very small security risk is still a security risk. Login information shouldn't be publicly posted on this website, plain and simple.
