Her first visible change was a big win for reserves. Moving from just utilizing airport reserve to mostly short call.

There is not unfortunately. The domicile listing page seems to be updated during the first week of the month. It used to be easy to track, but now there is a lot of movement.
June has 36 ERJ EWR CA bidding. But I could only find 19 vacancies ever posted and not rescinded.

Thanks, and I agree with you about the reserve rules change.

Sure great change, don't think for a second they did it to improve QOL.
New sheriff in town probably saw how much they were spending on PD, and what a waste of FDP it was to have crews sitting around all day. Scheduling still can't think that far ahead, I'm sure everyone on short call will get converted to airport standby regardless of whether or not they'll get used.

True, I see everyone getting converted to airport standby on as needed basis, but they won't be wasting precious FDP hours sitting at the airport like they are now. This should help the company as much as it helps the QOL for all the reserves.

The management road shows are a great improvement also. Info seems very slow or non existent on the line. If you can find someone that works part time at cle or in the training dept., you can get the info of what is happening. The new bi-weekly road shows will help with the lack of info hitting the line. I have not been able to listen to the chief pilot calls, because I am in the air at the time.

Yes, QOL improvement is a side effect.

The traveling circus will be interesting. They have a lot of explaining to do with their screwups throughout this year, with the crews taking the brunt of their misdeeds.
