Good to see we got more routes, and I'm excited for all the upstate NY peeps that won't have to commute as far (or at all) anymore, but good god scheduling is about to get even worse. No end in sight to the scheduling mess now. What routes are going to be reduced or eliminated to accomodate the new flying? Is this the first major step toward eliminating the CLE crew base? Who the hell knows?
I'm sure SYR ops is just thrilled to hear we're opening a crew base there haha!

That's the name of the game. When Colgan started, their routes came at someone elses plight, wether it be mainline or another regional. The new routes our good for us now, but whose to say in 5 years we won't be in the same position as Colgan. Colgan guys choose to go to Colgan, just like C5 guys choose C5. It's not C5 guys fault that Colgan pilots are getting displaced and vice versa.
