Out of the 18 upgrades posted, only 2 Dash upgrades were awarded for May. All 8 jet upgrades for May are cancelled. Domicile change bids for May are also cancelled.
How do you promise 18 upgrades and only award 2? Incompetence? Poor planning? Or maybe recruiting is just getting that bad? There are certainly better contracts and pay packages out there, WITH fast upgrades. They really need to do something to improve pay and QOL fast.

Agreed that he is a terrible ground instructor. Like, terrible.
And yes, he has moved on to a legacy.... things that make you scratch your head.
As for the rest of these last few comments...
I've been here long enough to tell you that the people at C5 are awesome. They are a lot of great pilots with great personalities that love working here. That's the biggest draw. However, this growth is ruining that for a lot of people. It's not a small company anymore.
The contract is awful. Why? Because we never needed a great contract. We were happy, company treated us good, and we were wiling to get the job done.
There are still cool people here, but we are now getting abused on the line. The lack of language in the contract allows that, and it's been rough on a lot us. The training pipeline is clearing up, thanks in large part to instructors working Double and triple shifts.
Why come here? I don't know. I would take a hard look at it compared to other places. Still cool people, still lots of movement, but it's tough at the moment.

At least our company appears to be fixing some of the issues.
New person over scheduling. Hiring new instructors and those being hired appear to have a lot of 145 time from other carriers. The six month training time appears to be shrinking quickly. We should see fast upgrades continue now that the training has the wheels put back on the wagon. We just need new hires back in the door.
We are still a growing company where a lot of the others appear to be topping out.
Yes we have a lot of issues, but we are still a good place to work. Especially because of all of our great co workers.

What's 16 ERJ CA missing going to do to us this summer. It's going to be a replay of December and January. People arent going to put up with that again.

It was 10 dash upgrades and 8 erj. They cancelled all the erj upgrades and awarded only 2 dash upgrades. There wasnt any email about them cancelling the dash upgrades. It could be that they dont want to award anymore than 2 dash upgrades or it could be that no one else wants the dash upgrades. So total of 16 upgrade spots not filled (8 is erj which was canceled)

So, through the May bid there were 18 erj upgrades offered so far this year. But now I am wondering how many of those spots were actually awarded.
