Some of that makes sense. The recruiter did say they have hired guys that want to return to the states after flying for Emirates and Cathay. Get the bonus, get reaclimated to 121 flying and with that previous experience, can't see why they wouldn't be picked up by someone sooner than later.

Commutair was very helpful and moved me back to the next class (3/27).
Do you have a count on the 3/27 class?

Passed the Hogan, now time to prep for the HR interview. What services have you all used?

Which base has better trips on the Dash?

Hard to tell really; depends a lot on personal preference. Just starting (and being in reserve) I personally would lean towards IAD, more predictable yielding a better Quality of Life. But again personal preference; where are you commuting from; are you re-locating, certain overnights, more soft time, more block time, seniority, etc? Once you are on property for a month or two you will find your niche.

Commuting from MEM. Won't be relocating. Hoping to fly as much as 117 allows. No preference on overnights. Hoping to upgrade on the Dash in indoc, so I'll probably be on reserve a long time. Sounds like IAD is what I'll bid for initially. Thanks

Ouch.

Net gain of -6 in February.
March is looking like a net gain of 8.

So we needed 40 and got 2, where are the retention bonuses and new attractive pay rates?
