And what is the guarantee per month? Apc kinda has me confused
#323
Monthly guarantee is 75hrs but as of our most recent bid we were forced to bid a minimum 76hrs for the 28 day bid (we transition to monthly bidding in July). I'm not sure that we'll actually be able to bid the minimum guarantee for a long time (unless you take min days off and stand-ups). Hope that makes sense.

Week of company indoc
Week of systems
Week of cockpit procedures training and wrapping stuff up.
No weekend work. I think it was 8-5 every day, with lunch. Should be done by noon on your last day so you can make it home that day.
Plenty of stuff around the hotel to do/see/eat.

Does C5 have a training contract?
What are the times of people getting hired/interviews right now?
Is it hard to get an interview without an internal rec?
Are new hires getting ATPs and if not are they expected to within the next year?
Is the ATP written a requirement?
How much hiring is going on currently and expected for the future?

What are the times of people getting hired/interviews right now? Not sure
Is it hard to get an interview without an internal rec? No, just have the min rerquirements
Are new hires getting ATPs and if not are they expected to within the next year? I'm guessing new hires may start getting ATP'd August and beyond. Anyone before that will probably get ATP'd during recurrent PC (unless it looks like they'll upgrade before Aug 2013). Right now only the ATP written is required for new hires, and everyone on property must complete the ATP written by Aug 1.
Is the ATP written a requirement? Yes
How much hiring is going on currently and expected for the future? A lot of hiring with virtually no end in sight.

What's really awesome is people who make a legal bid then get a butt pounding, all their trips have been reassigned to people junior to them and are left with reserve and min days off. Awesome!!! Good thing seniority rules are still alive and well. Ugh. Awful.
