Did any of you guys get a memo last week about a reset? Did the memo say anything about 61 aircraft and more inside of that memo?

There was never any miscommunication. Commutair is adding 40 jets to the fleet. Commutair is replacing 21 dash's with another additional 21 jets for a total of 61 ERJ's. Once the 61 are up and running, we can add another 20. If you did not get the memo, then ask someone to give you a copy and read the part under growth plan.

The bottom line is: if we can staff them they will come... United wants us to be the exclusive 145 operator out of Newark.

In the first memo it says "the long-term plan to add 61 aircraft per the CPA. In the PDF memo it states "our growth plan, to 61 aircraft and beyond." That is optimism for future growth and is open for interpretation.

Anybody hear anything on CQF's for the jet? last I heard was the company and the union were trying to work out something that was more seniority friendly.

I heard that the Union was auditing the CQF list to make sure the company was doing it correctly. It's supposed to be limited to the bottom 10% seniority per the contract and due to the fast upward movement the bottom 10% has been a quickly moving target.

Right. Even though the latest email to the pilots with a memo straight from the CEO that states 61 aircraft is just crew room gossip.
