Again, I'm not saying the ship is sinking. I'm only saying that it is going to be tough to really grow C5 unless you start offering a lot more money combined with substantial results from the United interview program you offer. Even the WOs and Endeavor will face real challenges with hiring next year.

I would bet a drink that you are a recruiter for PSA. They must be desperate if they're resorting to such measures.

A guy that has only been at C5 for 4 years and is headed to UA is not a substantial result? What would be a substantial result?

Maybe United is in secret negotiations to take over CommutAir...making it United's 145 arm...until they start parking them all. Who knows, the way things are looking with regard to pilot-supply a few years down the road...

Good for him. What does that have to do with the overall percentage of applicants that are accepted?
