Thanks, although I am not getting my hopes up just yet.

According to an old press release, the original lease with QX was signed on Sept. 12, 2006. I don't know, nor can I find, the length of the dry lease term online.

Default The 2 happiest days....

The two happiest days of your life as a commutair pilot. The day you get hired and the day you leave.

Honestly.....I did my time and got out. I consider myself very lucky. I went chasing the quick upgrade, which I got. The entire time I was there the place got worse and worse and worse. I sincerely hope the new contract helps working conditions for everyone there. A great group of pilots and great flying. Not a place you would want to get stuck at under any circumstances that I can imagine.

Well it may not matter for me now. I realized this weekend that I actually failed the initial CFI written and didn't put it down on the app. I e-mailed PK tonight to let them know so my interview may be cancelled tommorow.
I was lucky though because the only reason I found out was because I
was going through my folders for my CFI renewal, that I'm doing this month, and found some old test reports. If I had gone to training and it showed up then I would've had no clue, not to mention fired, and hosed on future job opportunities. I don't think I've ever been asked about my written tests in all the job searching I've done this year.

I'm sure as long as you disclose it before the interview you would be ok? That's interesting you brought that up, when I applied I must had misread that question on the application. I reread it and they asked about failing a written which is a first for me too. I failed my private written and totally forgot. I'll need to call up as well and let them know.
