Everybody on the senority list has the option to do the CPP. The amount that flow to United is dependent on company needs. Word is right now that 40 will go next year, and I personally don't see that number going up in the future. Considering our growth and how hard it is to find pilots these days, the company isn't going to just ship guys out unless they can replace them.

40 is a big stretch, of all the pilots in the pool to go soon, many do not meet the requirements and none of the post contract new hires meet the requirement.

Thanks for the info. And what has Commutair been averaging in new hires per month so far? The word is they are trying to get 25-30/month into class.

3000 hours total at CommutAir or 1000 as a CommutAir captain. 4 year degree.
