The XR does alright. So with 40 145s coming online, what's the projected total fleet size after the TPs start getting phased out. I have a class date at Skywest. Myrna has called me twice this week. Considering at least scheduling an interview to learn a bit more about the company.

I heard it was an additional 40 jets to make it a total of 61. However we have options for 20 more which would replace the TP. So 60 in total all jets could be a possibility.

How many TPs in service after the 40 145s? I was curious about the "flow" my friend said something about Hogan or something along those lines. So you know if you have a shot at Being eligible for United before you even begin employment at C5. Anyone have any information on that.

I think all TPs are being phased out in next two years. No flow here but a preferential interview and if you meet minimums for CPP and youre up next to go in seniority for the program youll be given a class date after an exit interview to that your performance at commutair was acceptable. I hear they give you a chance at interview after you pass training here now.

The last TP will leave right around the time the 40th jet comes on board.
Without exercising the 20 jet options, I don't see the fleet ever being more then 40. Or they would have to furlough.

You can't start the CPP process till you finish IOE, that's the last thing I've heard about it.

The word I've been hearing is that United wants us to eventually be around 150 aircraft. The 40 erj's are basically a trial run, and if that goes well then United will give us more and more flying. The true test will be, can we staff them all.
